DUTIES:

1. Prepare install materials and arrive at each installation on time.

2. Professional installation of our custom acrylic bath and shower products.

3. Maintain pleasant and professional attitude with all clients and coworkers.

4. Complete project paper work for each completed job.

5. All Bath Fitter facilities, vehicles, and job sites are non-smoking environments. (No Exceptions)

6.  All technical training and tools are provided.

HOURS:

7:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday

5:30pm is an average.  Each work day is complete when the job is completed.  Some days will end early in the afternoon while others might last a little longer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic carpentry skills required.

Basic plumbing skills helpful but not required.

Reading tape measure and adding/subtracting fractions skills required.

Ability to communicate details clearly with clients required.

Neat and organized work habits required.

Clear driving record and valid Oklahoma driver's license required.

Ability to work independently or with others required.

Pre-employment physical and drug screen required.

PAY:

$10.00 per hour to start and during training.

After training is completed, the pay is on a "by-the-job" basis.  Installer pay averages $17-$25 per hour (over $40,000 per year).

Each installer also receives a van for company use only.

All tools and uniforms are provided by BATH FITTER.

Full time employees receive paid vacations and paid holidays.

EMPLOYEE'S INSURANCE:

Health - 50% company paid, 50% employee paid

Dental - 100% company paid

Life - $50,000 policy - 100% company paid

DEPENDENT INSURANCE:

Available - 100% Employee paid.
