A Creative, energetic, fast paced, financial services company seeks a Banking Operations Specialist/ATM Coordinator for our Banking Operations Department.  Focused exclusively on higher education, Higher One provides refund management services to higher education institutions and banking services to members of their community through a card based solution.  Higher One currently provides services for over 400,000+ active banking customers across the nation via the web without a single teller.

The Banking Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing day to day operational support to all other Higher One departments, to our banking customers, University clients, and/or to our vendors.  Communications with our banking customers and clients as well as vendor coordination is conducted via phone or email.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Reconcile internal accounts

 

Perform a wide variety of tasks and financial transactions related to electronic banking

 

Assist with calls, emails and support incidents submitted via the Internet from internal customers, Banking customers, and/or vendors and to oversee the handling of the incidents from start to finish.

 

Communicate all critical information to responsible departments in order to obtain resolution.

Qualifications:
