BANKING CENTER MANAGERS

The successful candidates will be responsible for all aspects of managing a banking center  to include meeting/exceeding goals in sales, deposit and loan activity as well as managing the operational functions of the banking center.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years experience within a retail banking enviroment to include supervisory responsibilities is required. Candidates must have an established history of successfully leading a team of sales professionals in a dynamic environment. Strong sales, analytical, leadership and coaching skills are required. Candidates must have the ability to generate significant branch revenue, provide exceptional customer service, maximize sales opportunities and increase customer retention. MidFirst banking centers' hours of operation in the AZ area are from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.   Positions will require the ability to work weekend hours.
