Compass Bank is currently seeking potential candidates for Banking Center Manager in the Austin area.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or minimum of 2+ years of banking experience is desired. Strong sales, business development, and office management skills, as well as exceptional leadership and motivational skills are required. Compliance procedures require excellent customer service, problem solving, and audit skills. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Group I, and Series 6 and 63 Licenses preferred. Must have proficiency in Word, Excel and working knowledge of other Microsoft Office software.

Job Description:
Responsible for all aspects of Banking Center sales and service. Maintains highest level of customer service while achieving quarterly and annual retail sales goals. Responsible for direct management of all sales and service personnel. Ensures all aspects of bank operations are in compliance with all applicable state and Federal laws, regulations, and bank policies and procedures. This position includes outside sales calling.
