Position Description: Manages operations and sales of commercial banking center. Exercises executive and administrative control over the functions of the office. Administers the operations of the branch with primary emphasis on profitability and excellent customer service. Manage overall banking center office operations and profitability. Ensures that banking center employees understand and maintain compliance with Bank policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations, including BSA, AML, and OFAC. Represents the financial institution to the business community through excellent customer service. Participates in activities for generating new business such as sales calls and special events within the business community. Participates in sales, service, compliance and product training. Maintains banking center operations and staff to ensure smooth opening and closing of office and ensures that all security and compliance policies and procedures are being adhered too. Establishes and helps to attain internal performance objectives for banking center. Maintains knowledge of banking center policies and procedures. Resolves customer concerns and employee concerns. Directs financial institution personnel in activities to ensure prompt, accurate and dependable customer service. Provides backup for all branch functions when necessary.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum two to four years experience in a similar role. Extensive background in financial institution operating policies and procedures, banking regulations, employee development and public relations. Minimum two to four years of sales experience in a financial industry setting. Strong working knowledge of other departments in banking institution, as they relate to operations. Strong leadership and employee relations skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
