The Bank Manager Training Program - Northwestern Suburbs

Our Bank Manager program is one way we can attract superior candidates by offering training tools and resources to develop the skills they need to excel in a Bank Manager position.  The program:
- Leads to a bank management career in one of our offices located in the greater Chicago metropolitan area.
- Combines classroom training, virtual/on-line resources, practical application and assessments.
- Is designed to provide exposure to many areas of the Harris network of banks, different successful leadership styles, bank operating models including Harris Winning Edge and the operating areas that support the Bank Manager position.
 
What the Program Entails:

The 6 month program includes the following:
- Bank overview and orientation with exposure to multiple areas.
- Rotations with expert learning partners located in branches throughout the greater Chicago metropolitan area,
- Progress through numerous learning modules including:

Time Management Customer Service
Communication Skills Operations Management
Lending Management Sales Management
Financial Management Marketing Management
Performance Management Human Resources Management
