A well established community bank with deep roots in the local community is seeking a new branch manager for one of its largest branches. Will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operations of a full service branch. Will be supervising the Head Teller, Customer Service Staff, Loan Personnel, Assistant Office Manager, and Information Specialists. Should have thorough knowledge of duties and responsibilities of these positions to train and supervise in these areas. Will also be promoting products and services of the bank, maintaining budget, conducting meetings, reviews and ensuring that customer's receive the best possible customer service. Must have at least 3 years experience as a Branch Manager within a conventional bank. Must understand and follow the guidelines of the Bank Secrecy and Money Laundering Act and keep informed of current developments in Federal and State regulations.
