We’re looking for true consultative sales people to forge into the fastest-growing markets in the US. You will manage an existing account base and help build full service recruitment solutions to our highest profile clients. As an Account Manager you will be our “feet on the street” working with our clients, acting as a consultant to help them become the best recruitment organization they can be!
We have found that an effective Account Manager at Monster can come from a variety of different backgrounds. What we need is talent, so here is a little guidance…
Requirements:
· 5+ years of sales experience
· Bachelors degree from an accredited university
Preferences…don’t be afraid to point these out when you apply:
· Business to Business sales
· Solution based/Consulting based selling
· Formal training in the sales discipline…tell us about it
· Sales experience in the employment/human resources/recruiting space
· Building long-term customer relationships
· Sales experience in the local market
· Demonstrated sales achievements…tell us the numbers
