.NET Web Software Engineer/Web Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated, exceptional .NET Software Engineer who loves to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment using the latest Microsoft web technologies. The web software engineer’s role is critical for our fast growing entrepreneurial company. As a web software engineer you will be an integral part of designing and developing strategic components in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) web development domain with Agile (XP and SCRUM) software development methodologies.

Required Skills:
• Minimum 3+ years extensive hands-on enterprise level Web application development experience with Microsoft .NET Technologies - C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, .NET Web Services, SOAP, XML, Visual Studio.NET, and Web Forms. Experience should include development with the core .NET technologies, .NET framework and class libraries, and .NET development using threads, XML Web Services, and libraries/frameworks.
• Minimum 3+ yrs experience in analysis, design and development of n-tier distributed and service-oriented architecture models. Experience should include web development with components, services, thin-client and fat-client architectures, 2-tier, 3-tier and n-tier architectures, and a basic exposure to design paradigms (such as the MVC paradigm) and development utilizing Object-Oriented methodologies.
• Minimum 3+ years experience working with LARGE-SCALE ENTERPRISE relational databases (preferably with MS SQL Server or Oracle RDBMS), database modeling (ERWin preferred) and schema generation. Experience should include strong DB development experience with core db objects – tables, views, integrity constraints, triggers, stored procedures and DB performance tuning experience with database normalization de-normalization (any DBA experience would be preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

Additional Desired Skills (A Definite Plus but NOT required)
• Agile Software Development Methodologies – XP and/or SCRUM
• MCTS or MCSD certification in .NET
• Bachelor's degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in Computer Science or Software Engineering or Software Development or related field.
• Experience with XML/XSL, XML DOM, XML Schemas, and XSLT
• Experience with Data Warehousing using MS SQL Server 2005 and with SSIS, Reporting Services
• Experience/exposure to Java, PHP, PERL, Linux and Oracle
