Provide pilot-oriented product support on all Garmin aviation products, to include technical and sales support and other customer service related actions related to the product line. Develop extensive expertise on the operation of all Garmin aviation products within the various airspace systems around the world.

Act as liaison between customer and members of other departments within GARMINAccept and complete projects and other miscellaneous Aviation Support duties as assignedRepresent Garmin at industry and professional meetings and conferences
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Team Player 1+ years Customer Service experience High school diploma or equivalent Positive attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to grasp new concepts quickly Data entry skills Proficiency on personal computers Private Pilot with Instrument rating and 300 hours total time, minimumDESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Aviation Electronics background Aviation maintenance experience Certified Flight Instructor — Instrument
