Tuffy is one of the largest providers of automotive repair and maintenance services in the industry.We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager for our Des Moines, Iowa location. Our Service Managers are responsible for ensuring we meet our commitment ' To Provide The Best Automotive Repair in the Industry Through a Commitment to Quality and Customer Service.'

Requirements:

3 years experience selling Automotive service in a bonifide repair facility
Superior ability to positively relate with customers , including the use of sound telephone sales techniquesA demonstrated history of sales improvement in previous positionsKnowledge of point of sale software and the ability to create estimates and control costsAssociates degree or commensurate work experience plus A.S.E. certifications

Base Pay $40 to $75K

Commissions $10 to $30K - formula based on performance
