As an Auto Damage Adjuster, you will be out in the field! GEICO Adjusters are always prepared to roll up their sleeves, use the latest computerized estimating equipment, inspect damaged vehicles, and print estimates right on the spot! A successful associate can move through ascending levels of adjusting expertise and into positions of more responsibility.

GEICO has a paid, in-depth, 12-Week Training Program that provides you with all of the necessary information that you need to become a successful Adjuster.

 

Qualified Intern Candidates will possess the following:

§         Strong personal computer skills

§         Strong people skills          

§         Strong multi-tasking skills

§         An eye for detail

§         Ability to work with people in pressure situations

§         Stable customer service work history

§         Interest in cars is a plus but not required

§         Bachelors Degree Preferred
