We are a local CPA firm with offices in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and West Palm Beach.  We have grown significantly over the last 25 years and would like to continue to grow by adding Audit and Tax Professionals to our team. Wonderful work environment and very flexible in regards to accommodating our employees that are in school getting their Masters Degree or studying for the CPA exam by allowing them to work a flex-schedule that is good for both parties. 

If you have between 1 to 2 years of Audit or Tax experience, you will be at the Staff/Semi-Senior level.  If you have between 3 to 5 years of experience, you will be the in-charge Senior on the engagements and will supervise the staff. If you have between 6 to 10 years of experience, you will join our firm as a Manager, run the department and be on Partner track. 

Our firm has diversified clientele with engagements in the real estate, construction, retail, hospitality, financial services, manufacturing, and insurance industries.

As always, salary compensation is based on level of experience but we typically start Staff Auditors and Tax Accountants at a base of $55k, Semi-Seniors at a base of $65k, In-charge Seniors at a base of $75k and Managers at a base of $95k. The firm also compensates employees for overtime and provides a tax-season bonus.
