AUDIT SENIOR MANAGER PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage all phases of an audit for public and private clients; provide guidance and expertise. Research complex and specialized accounting and auditing issuesOriginate new ideas and business solutions that result in exceptional service to existing clientsEstablish the expectations of the engagement and monitor client accounts including billing, fee analysis, and opportunities for new service development; demonstrate a deep understanding of the client’s industryAssist with the career development of team members, both as a mentor and as a trainer during in-house, continuing professional education presentationsConduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback and trainin 

QUALIFICATIONS:

To qualify, candidates must have:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, plus 8 years of audit experience in a public accounting firmCPA certificationSEC experience strongly preferred, but not requiredApplied working knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS and PCAOB Auditing StandardsExcellent communication skills (oral and written) are required, as well as excellent supervisory and project management skills
