AUDIT MANAGER PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES:

 

·         Responsible for all phases of an audit, compilation or review engagement for public and private clients

·         Perform preliminary and final analytical reviews

·         Research technical accounting issues

·         Promote new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients

·         Communicate progress of audit engagements, problems and resolutions to client

·         Plan, schedule and staff audit engagements using firm policies and procedures

·         Review and maintain budgets

·         Supervise staff and provide on-the-job training

·         Assist with the career development of team members

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

·         BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university

·         Five years of current and/or recent financial statement audit experience within a public accounting firm.

·         Licensed CPA

·         SEC experience preferred but not required

·         Supervisory experience

·         Applied working knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS and PCAOB Auditing Standards

·         Able to meet client requirements and provide exceptional services

·         Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research skills

·         Excellent project management skills
