The Phoenix office of a prominent national law firm is seeking a real estate associate with experience in commercial real estate and real estate finance. This exciting position will expose this attorney to all aspects of real estate development, acquisition and management....duties range from land acquisition and project financing to negotiation of construction/development contracts to commercial leases. Projects include, but are not limited to, big box developments, office buildings, resorts and mixed use projects. This firm has long standing relationships with national and local real estate developers and investors. This attorney will enjoy the camaraderie of other fantastic RE attorneys as they tackle client needs on a national basis. Plus, the firm is a big promoter of pro bono work and has one of the lowest billable requirements around. Qualifications :
Licensed in Arizona and 3+ years applicable experience.
