Job Description

Name partner of small midsized firm who handles the firm's real estate and trusts & estates matters seeks a protege.  Partner is near retirement age and seeks a junior to senior-level attorney to take over this part of the firm's practice.

Need at least minimal experience or exposure to BOTH real estate and trusts & estates.  Represent well-known clients in both T&E matters (mostly drafting) and Real Estate (mostly residential with some commercial as well).

The likely salary range is between $120K and $140K, but requirements up to $160K will be considered.

Strong preference to hire the new associate/counsel on a consulting or contract basis for the first few months with a "permanent" position all but guaranteed.  Will hire, however, on an immediate "permanent" basis if necessary.
