We are currently seeking Managers and Senior Managers in our San Francisco Assurance Services department for our Construction & Real Estate Industry Group.  Managers and Senior Managers provide both leadership and supervision to Staff and Seniors, and manage external audit engagements.  Managers and Senior Managers work together with Partners in the areas of risk assessment, audit plan programs, engagement management, client relationships, and staff development.

 

Moss Adams' Construction & Real Estate Services practice provides the strategic business and financial planning, tax, and operational expertise that companies need to stay competitive.  Our team understands the issues that are unique to construction companies. The industry serves heavy highway, engineering, and general building companies as well as various subcontractors.  The industry also serves home builders and real estate property managers.

 

Our San Francisco office provides assurance, tax and advisory services to enterprises and individuals.  We serve multiple industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing & Distribution, Not-for-Profit, Real Estate and Technology.  Our office is located in the heart of the financial district, close to BART, Muni, cable car and ferry lines and the Transbay Terminal.  From our front door, you are steps from the Embarcadero and the San Francisco waterfront.  Contact us to learn more about the possibilities.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of assurance experience for Managers and 7 years of assurance experience for Senior Managers gained within a public accounting firmPrevious experience working with Construction/Real Estate required Bachelor's degree and current CPA license required A willingness and ability to travel to client locations Strong motivation to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client service Strong analytical and report writing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to mentor and train othersSenior Manager candidates must have a minimum of 4 years supervisory and training experience, plus strong presentation skills and marketing ability
