Position Location: L.A. Metro-Orange County Area
Job Description
To support the Regional Sales Manager(s) in the efforts to expand sales and distribution of the Company’s business for both the Away From Home channel as well as supporting efforts to grow Keurig’s At Home business in the Western Region.
Responsibilities
· Oversee and manage closely, as directed the relationships with current distributors as well as adding new qualified distributors within the Western Region.
· Work with and ensure that distributors comply with all of the terms of our distributor agreements, aggressively pursue sales opportunities with customers, including but not limited to cold calling, new sales rep. training, service overviews and adherence to high customer service standards.
· Prepare and manage annual sales and expense budgets and provide timely reporting on each. Adhere to all Company policies in managing both areas.
· Personally train and work with distributor sales and service personnel in the field to ensure that Keurig selling and service standards are maintained
· Participate in trade show functions and/or PR events that will increase the awareness level for the Keurig System with customers, Keurig distributors, its roaster partners and within the industry
· Improve the awareness level of Keurig through the development of strong public relations efforts with West based media contacts through sales promotions and other approved activities.
· To explore business building opportunities for the Company as directed outside of the traditional food service and OCS distribution channels and provide recommendations to senior management
· Work closely and support the efforts of the Regional Sales Manager(s) in the West Region
· Responsible for achieving annual and quarterly sales goals in the areas of brewer sales, distribution, cold calls, leads funneled to Keurig for sale of the At Home products, accessory products, and expense control.
This position requires 30% travel
Compensation will include base pay and bonus potential of 15% of salary paid based on performance versus goals.
