Assigned to a substantial brand or multiple minor brands. This position develops marketing plans and assists with implementation of market strategy, sales coordination, pricing proposal, merchandising and media plan, packaging, and distribution. Executes plan modifications and line extensions. Maintains competitive surveillance. Helps identifies new product opportunities and is provided specific product development objectives to research. Analyzes and interprets market data to take advantage of opportunities and minimize adverse trends. Works closely with marketing research, sales, manufacturing, distribution, advertising agencies and legal in the development of marketing plans.Position ResponsibilitiesCoordination of new products line extensions and restages Develops timetable and coordinates appropriate details and proformas Integrates activities of key departments and external agencies Manages the process details Provides and coordinates compilation of sufficient consumer and fact Creates all marketing support plans, product and training manuals and presentations. Assists in developing and managing marketing plans Develops recommendations and presentations to management Coordinates detail activities of external agencies Assists in ongoing management of assigned businesses.Position QualificationsMBA Previous experience in CPG At least three years of hands-on Marketing experience P&L management experience Very strong analytical skills Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
