Requirements:
Candidates must have the following skill sets. Additionally, experience with distributed systems and/or P2P applications is a major plus. 1. 4+ years of C++, C# systems level development (Not Web) 2. Strong Object-Oriented Design skills. 3. Knowledge of Windows internals, 4. Multi-threaded programming / synchronization primitives, and associated issues 5. Win32 API's experience is required. 6. C++/COM Win32 APIs 7. .NET/COM Interop experience 8. Experience with a full cycle of shipping commercial software products. 9. TCP, Windows Sockets, and full understanding of Layer 3 systems Additional Desirable Qualifications include 1. Experience with P2P applications and development 2. OpenGL, DirectShow, DirectX or other graphics API 3. Embedded systems development is a plus 4. IP Streaming and P2P Streaming technologies 5. LinQ, ORM, SQL Server 6. x64 Platforms, Vista, Longhorn Server Relocation is not required with this position. You can work from a home office making extensive use of home office technologies. Daily communication with other team members via Skype (VoIP), AIM, Cell and other methods is required. Some customer support and in-field debugging is required. The work week is flexible. You are generally expected to be available between 8 and 5, but may take 2 hour lunch and work nights.
