We are currently seeking candidates for our comprehensive and in-depth ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE  DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.   Selected individuals will participate in this entry-level sales training program designed to attract new sales professionals into the Business Communications and Telecom industry. The program is a fast-track education process that will expose participants to a wide variety of SPS technical, sales and operational processes in a short period of time through classroom and web-based training, job rotation, on-the-job developmental assignments and by partnering with experienced Account Executives.  The overall goal is to transform trainees into highly confident and successful Account Executives within 12 to 18 months of employment.

The ideal candidate will possess:

-          A Bachelor’s Degree with GPA > 3.0/4.0

-          1-2 years sales experience

-          A demonstrated aptitude for technology

-          Strong customer service and organizational skills

-          Superior interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

-          Intellectual curiosity and a desire to keep up with new aspects of technology and/or   business.

-          The ability to travel overnight as required

-          A commitment to continuous learning in a changing technological environment

-          A first year total compensation package of $50k + Commission
