Associate Account Executive
Yakima, WA

Bring your sales expertise to the following role:
Manage accounts for assigned groups
Retain group business for assigned territory
Cross sell other lines of business directly or through broker/agent
Work in a team environment

Combine your degree and customer service experience with the following skill sets and abilities:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
May substitute an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
Minimum of 1 year direct customer service contact
Currently licensed, or must become licensed within 90 days of hire, to sell insurance (health, life, and /or disability) in the state or states where business is conducted (Prior to receiving a license staff are not allowed to engage in soliciting or selling activities)
Valid state driver's license with a good driving record and proof of auto insurance
Computer proficiency in desktop application software including email, word processing, spreadsheets and creating presentations.
Excellent verbal/written presentation skills
Ability to organize and prioritize to meet established deadlines
Strong relationship skills
Ability to engage in community/ networking opportunities outside of normal business hours
Ability to maintain a consistent focus on achieving or surpassing results/goals
Capability to display an enthusiastic, fully committed and self-directed approach to work
Ability to represent Regence in a positive professional manner in the marketplace
