The Assistant to the EVP, Products & Marketing will be a trusted partner for the EVP in driving the success of the Products and Marketing organization. Duties go beyond normal executive administration to include tackling operational initiatives, conducting business analysis, managing department programs, and taking on special projects. This is an ideal position for a smart, ambitious individual early in their career to learn about one of the world’s fastest growing companies from the inside and gain critical exposure to business and senior management.
This position requires initiative, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, ability to drive complex projects to success, ability to work with senior executives, and top notch communication skills.
Responsibilities: Provide EVP with administrative and operational support including scheduling, expense reporting, and travel arrangements Independently plan and execute department events, including off-sites, monthly department meetings, and social activities Manage priorities for the EVP and products & marketing executive team to ensure accountability and results Manage department programs, including employee rewards and development programs Identify and help manage process improvements across the organization that increase efficiency and enhance the work environment Conduct and assist with special projects
Required Skills/Experience: Incredibly bright, high energy individual, with a passion to learn and contribute Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills Initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to flawlessly execute administrative activities Strong team work skills and the ability work effectively with all personalities Flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs Demonstrated ability and willingness to accept new challenges. Strong Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook skills Bachelor’s Degree from top university with 2-3 years of applicable experience.
