Children’s Village Child Care Center is looking for qualified assistant teachers to work in our toddler classroom and in our preschool classroom. NAEYC accredited, we offer comprehensive services to a diverse population. Services include:
- Head Start Wrap Around Services
- Early Intervention and Parent Support Program
- Involved Parent Program.
- Services for children from ages 13 months to 9 years
Children’s Village staff are represented by the Children’s Village Federation of Teachers Union. Benefits for full time staff include:

Qualifications needed:
ASSISTANT TEACHERS: Associates degree in ECE and experience or high school diploma plus three years experience and enrollment in college for Early Childhood Education degree. Knowledge of NAEYC accreditation guidelines and Head Start Performance Standards a plus. Bilingual speaking a plus (Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish)
WAGE: $10.75 TO $13.95 PER HR. depending on education and experience
