We are looking for retail professionals with high-volume store leadership experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our leadership team in our Tysons Corner Center location in McLean, Virginia as an Assistant Store Manager.  With a strong focus on brand merchandising, your energy, charisma and passion for the outdoors will help build a store team dedicated to amazing and delighting our customers. This key role provides leadership to frontline leaders and staff, and oversees daily operational activities within the store as we provide our legendary customer service in every interaction.

As a Store Leader:
-You are an expert in merchandising and store operations.
-You are an outgoing and motivating leader, who invests in developing others.
-You are a steward of the L.L.Bean brand, responsible for creating the environment that brings this iconic brand to life.
-You are entrusted with creating the work environment that embodies our core values

Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years retail experience (apparel, hardlines and outdoor gear) managing a high volume store
-Experience supervising up to 50 employees
-Skilled at effective visual presentations
-Proven ability in store operations (receiving, hiring, payroll, scheduling)
-Ability to work a varied schedule
-College degree is preferred
-Willingness to relocate is preferred
