This position will plan and oversee the company’s construction management functions. It will provide appropriate interface with the design team, including the direct supervision of the land development / civil engineering facet of each projects. It will also lead the plan review process and be the primary liaison with third party contractors. It will, in addition to the marketing coordinator, be the primary contact with customers.

Previous experience should include:

On site residential superintendent with 5+ years of experience Architect with 3+ years of residential construction / design experience Engineer with 3+ years of residential construction / design experience

Duties performed/Skills:

Interface and supervision with general contractors Review and approval of general contractor change orders Coordination between owner/sub-contractor/architect and end user Budgeting & tracking Creating schedules Due diligence support – zoning, building code issues, permitting, etc. Can read plans and specs Participate in value engineering Coordinate land due diligence - environmental / geotechnical reports Worked with consumers/buyers Reviewed general contractor AIA draw request Interface with city and county personnel (planning, building standards, zoning, permitting, engineering, etc.) Experience with appraisers (not as, but with) Ordering and reading surveys Supervises punch labor
