The Assistant Manager will collaborate with the visual team to assist in the production of seasonal visual merchandising guidelines and help to coordinate new store openings. You will be a part of a dynamic, creative environment where you will ensure that Coach’s visual merchandising standards are continuously elevated. The position reports to the Manager, US Visual Merchandising – Retail.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Visual Merchandising to… Act as a liaison between corporate visual merchandising, the stores and management staff for the retail channel (full-price and factory stores). Participate in the set up and implementation of all Retail floorsets and photoshoots. Partner with Retail Merchandise Planning in mapping out suggested zoning and flow prior to photo shoot and scheduling of each guideline ensuring that the timing is pertinent for all parties. Handle Factory guideline content and communication process. Partner with corporate partners in ensuring that the timelines are established and met. Work with corporate partners in the development and rollout of new visual programs and enhancements. Travel to stores to support installations. Train and develop field visual partners in current visual standards and guideline presentations. Support company presentation events.

An outstanding professional will have…

Minimum 3-4 years of corporate visual merchandising experience. Bachelor’s degree. Experience working with a luxury or fashion brand, preferred.
