We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Director of Nursing for our Grapevine, Texas continuum of treatment services. The position requires a current Texas RN license and three years clinical nursing experience. Ideally, we are looking for someone with a BSN or MSN, with proven experience in clinical nursing. No prior DON experience needed.

Grapevine Valley Hope is JCAHO accredited and offers subacute detox, residential, day or partial care, family and continuing care services. Nursing services are provided on all shifts, 24/7.
As the Grapevine Valley Hope assistant nursing director, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to continue providing direct clinical care while performing administrative and management duties. You will get to know your patients and there is much joy in watching them recover. This position will primarily work the evening and day shift with some flexibility needed in covering all shifts as needed.
If you are the successful candidate your job will include assisting the DON with recruiting/hiring nurses for all shifts and appraising employee job performance. While no previous management experience is required, it is important that you are organized and that you can write well so you can fulfill these job duties.

It is unlikely we will offer a starting salary above $54K. If you desire to start out at a higher salary then $54K annually, please do not apply for this position.
