Argosy University, Inland Empire has immediate openings for seasoned sales or enrollment professionals who are able to ascertain student needs and convey the efficacy of our programs in a compelling and engaging way in order to enroll prospective students into our education programs.  Those who thrive in our environment possess a competitive spirit with a sincere drive to achieve combined with the highest of personal ethics and integrity.  Key responsibilities of the position include managing inquiries, conducting a high quantity of prospect phone contacts, interviewing prospective students for enrollment, and following up with students from the time of enrollment through class start.  All recruitment activities must be conducted in accordance with state and federal accreditation and Institute policies and regulations, consistent with the highest of ethical standards.  Regular work schedules include evenings and Saturdays.  Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, demonstrated success in selling intangibles or high-end marketing, more than two years sales and customer service experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and be professional and goal oriented.
