Pacific Retirement Services, Inc (PRS), the premier provider/developer of senior living and affordable housing communities on the West Coast, is seeking an attorney to serve as Assistant Corporate Attorney for the corporation and its subsidiaries. Must possess 3-5 years of broad business/legal experience, and be admitted to practice in Oregon. Experience in health care a plus, as is admission to practice law in CA. Light travel a must. Must have valid driver's license and be insurable under corporate insurance carrier.
