One of our key clients is a major financial institution in Arkansas.  They are family owned, very stable, and are experiencing steady growth.  They offer great benefits including vacation, company paid health insurance, ESOP, 401K, Profit Sharing, and a generous base salary.  They will provide relocation for the right candidate.

 

Due to a retirement they are currently seeking an Assistant Controller.

 

The Assistant Controller needs to have previous supervisor experience and have a finance or banking background.  Responsibilities include filing call reports, FRY9 reports, experience with multi bank holding consolidations, budgeting, and wire transfers.  We are looking for someone who can work independently, is a quick learner, and has strong ethics.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance3-5 years Accounting experiencePrevious supervisory experienceProficient in Excel and Word
