As the Assistant Controller for Titan Wordwide, reporting to the Controller and CFO, you will manage an accounting staff consisting of accounts payable, accounts receivables, and general ledger. Exceptional communication skills will enable to speak comfortably with our executive group and successfully lead your 10-person accounting team. - Experience compiling and analyzing financial statements for external reporting will ensure your success in providing timely reporting for our lender and Board of Directors. -Your global experience will be a plus as you handle international consolidations and reporting per our Ireland and UK entities, and take full responsibility of currency exchange. This position will require up to 10% international travel. -A background setting up internal controls, processes, and procedures is key as you strengthen the internal accounting infrastructure for our rapidly growing organization. -Having experience with Great Plains accounting software will be a plus as we roll-out this system company-wide. Experience implementing other accounting systems or ERPs will also prove useful. -Holding a CPA and experience with a Big 4 accounting firm will put you ahead of the game.
