Director of Sales Walmart/Sam's
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Develop, implement and manage the Wal-Mart/Sam's business in an effort to achieve sales and profit goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, negotiate, and implement sales programs of the Playhut EZ-Twist www.playhut.com and Go Live2 www.golive2.com product lines in an effort to maximize sales. Interface with Marketing, Product Development, and Finance to review plans, programs and sales results. Utilize Retail Link to monitor sales and keep the buyer informed on product performance.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a dynamic self-starter personality with exceptional relationship building skills who can demonstrate the ability to manage the following accounts: Wal-Mart U.S., Wal-Mart Puerto Rico, Wal-Mart.com, Sams Club U.S., Sams Club Mexico, and Sams Club.com. Wal-Mart and Sams Club experience is required. The candidate will be responsible for developing account strategies; building account relationships and achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate should have a background in consumer goods; understanding of the retail marketplace, primarily the mass-market; and will have experience Retail Link.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 5 years of sales management experience. Toy industry experience is preferred.
