Our innovations have led to Emmy® Awards and hundreds of filings for US patents as we introduce new must-have technologies into the TV viewing experience.    We make a commitment to challenge, inspire and reward the people who make the DIRECTV vision come to life - Come join our winning team!   Job Description: Responsible for promoting DIRECTV products and services to distributors, dealers, and retailers in Minnesota.  Specific duties include recruiting/developing new points of distribution, dealer management, training, implementation of sales incentive programs and assisting distributors with company sales processes.    Responsibilities: Recruiting new points of distribution Account Management of current DIRECTV retailers Develop, implement, and manage sales and marketing programs Develop & identify new opportunities through prospecting Requirements:Requires five or more years in business-to-business sales and account management Background must include proven results in recruiting and territory development. This position requires the ability to travel extensively in the assigned territory (Minnesota), including overnight. Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff. Flexible, innovative, and the ability to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment. Degree in marketing, business or equivalent is preferred.  
We Offer:Base pay of $60k to $70k (depending on experience) Monthly commissions based on performance Excellent benefits package Cell phone, laptop, virtual office, mileage for car travel, and reimbursement for business expenses

In addition, this position requires that you possess a valid U.S. driver's license, favorable motor vehicle record and reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage. Individual must have the ability to expense travel costs prior to reimbursement.
