We look to you to join our winning team. As a Area Sales Manager, you will manage an assigned team and territories to meet or exceed sales objectives. Sales Managers are responsible for training, coaching, recognition and counseling of sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
Develops assigned sales territories, both personal and team, through effective customer and prospect calls for the sale or lease of Océ products. Owns customer concerns and making sure they are resolved on a timely basis. Assures timely and accurate administration of orders, billing, customer account records and adherence to pricing, demo and other policies. Directs and monitors the effectiveness of daily, weekly and monthly sales plans in terms of personal and team member time management, customer support, sales and other goal attainment.
We seek your winning attitude, proven professional leadership skills and a minimum of 3 years of experience in selling office equipment and digital imaging solutions. Experience in selling digital imaging or office equipment is REQUIRED. Management skills in our industry are NOT required...we are looking for a bright candidate who has a PROVEN track record in selling digital imaging solutions/office automation equipment. We want a highly talented individual who is ready for a management career!!!! We have a strong compensation plan which will pay you for your performance!
