Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the clinical and operational activities of the rehabilitation teams at multiple skilled nursing facilities throughout N. California.
• Overseeing patient care and caseload management.
• Compliance and quality control.
• Maintaining strong customer relations.
• Business development.
• Development and implementation of new programs.
• Staff recruitment, management and development.

You will be responsible for facilities in Napa, Novato, Petaluma, Ukiah, Lakeport and West Sacramento. Candidates for this position may reside anywhere within these areas.

Requirements:
• Multi-site management experience in a skilled nursing environment.
• Graduate of an ASHA, AOTA, or APTA-accredited school of speech/language pathology, occupational therapy or physical therapy.
• Valid SLP, OT or PT license. If SLP, must possess Certificate of Clinical Competence.
• Experience with Medicare Billing (PPS).
• Solid leadership skills.
• Seven years of rehabilitation management experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Travel throughout assigned territory required.
