The Area Coach will oversee 8 to 15 restaurants within the Baton Rouge, LA area. Our Area Coaches are responsible for communicating and supporting the organization’s vision and challenging their team to strive for continuous improvement in all facets of the business. They are also accountable for developing self-reliant, successful Restaurant Managers. 

 

Successful candidates must have a demonstrated ability to create and foster a cohesive Area team in an empowered environment, entrust Restaurant Managers to effectively manage and operate the restaurant with limited supervision, and demonstrate organization, planning, delegation, teaching, and coaching skills.  

 

A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position, as well as at least two years multi-unit management experience in retail, full-service, fast casual or quick service restaurants.  Both corporate and franchise operators are encouraged to apply.
