Project Design Manager

Marshall Erdman & Associates is the leader of healthcare real estate solutions in the United States, delivering fully integrated services including the development, planning, design, construction and property management of innovative healthcare facilities. We are seeking a Project Design Manager to join our Midwest Team based out of Madison, WI. The Project Design Manager directs project teams from project inception through completion of construction; creates and manages the project work plan; coordinates all architectural and engineering matters and services; and represents or acts as the Architect of Record. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with 5-10 years of relevant work experience to include the coordination of multiple projects. Architectural license and inpatient healthcare experience is required. NCARB certification and LEED A.P. a plus.
