10+ years hands-on experience building enterprise level applications using Application Servers, J2EE, JSP, Hibernate, Spring, JSF and/or Struts

Strong Web Services, WS-*,WSDL, XML, XSD, XSLT, SOA experience

Experience with any of the following models: RAD, JAD, Agile, eXtreme Programming, or RUP

Strong SQL Database design/logical and physical data model skills

Ability to document requirements in a structured format (e.g., UML)

Must still be hands on in Java-J2EE technologies

In-depth understanding Core J2EE design patterns

Design and Implementation of Transaction Intensive Applications

Design and Deployment of cluster aware enterprise applications

Good understanding on Spring Framework or EJB 3.0

Experience with Aspect Oriented Programming is a must

Good communication skills

Strong experience with Modeling tools like Enterprise Architect, Visio using UML

Must have full life-cycle application development experience

Experience with Open Source software development

Rules Engine, BPM, ESB is preferred

Web 2.0 technologies like AJAX / Flex etc.

SOA or Message Oriented Middleware (MOM) or both.

Oracle 9i or above OR SQL Server or both

Strong SQL skills

PL/SQL or T-SQL is preferred

Knowledge of Agile Programming practices is a plus

Knowledge of OAGIS based implementations is a big plus

Knowledge of .NET is a plus
