A&E technicians diagnose and repair all kitchen & laundry appliances including ranges, dishwashers, refrigerators, washers, dryers, garbage disposals, and other equipment while providing superior service in customers homes. A&E technicians are the best equipped in the industry---you will be provided a comfortable service van, gas, and laptop computer needed to do the job! We have a computer-generated routing system that enables us to maximize customer satisfaction. Qualifications WA state L&I Electrical License preferred-07D or 07B; fully certified or trainee card Previous experience repairing appliance listed above preferred Basic electrical knowledge required EPA Universal CFC preferred Excellent customer service skills Sells preventative maintenance product extensions and maintenance agreements to customer (bonus compensation programs available!) Strong knowledge of basic electrical theory Use appropriate tools and equipment in diagnosing and completing repairs Read and interpret documents such as schematics, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manual Valid driver s license and good driving record Computer skills necessary Capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) Background check to include drug test, DMV and criminal Benefits As an A&E associate, your career path options will be determined by your performance and your desire to advance further within the A&E organization.
