Apartment Maintenance Technician

Requirements for Apartment Maintenance Technician:

Candidate must be thoroughly knowledgeable in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and  building infrastructure. Apartment industry maintenance is preferred.

 Must possess a valid driver’s license, excellent professional references, and a thorough knowledge of multi-family maintenance operations.

Job Functions:

Handles maintenance requests ie. heating and air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and performs vacant unit maintenance.

Performs preventive maintenance for appropriate systems. Assists with the clean up and care of community common areas & grounds.

Assists in placing and/or removing appliances in suites and/or common areas.

Participates in the on-call rotation to perform after-hours emergency maintenance.
