Job Description: "Candidates must have a strong background in recruiting store management, networking with and identifying talented individuals and placing candidates with the right fit to role. This individual will be responsible for actively recruiting to fill critical weekly management openings, recommending process or technology changes to impact outcomes, accomplishing recruitment metrics, and driving succession planning initiatives cross-divisionally. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - People Development - Partner with Zone Director of Talent Selection, Regional Vice Presidents and District Managers for recruitment priorities; Work with the Researcher to align efforts with needs; Communicate opportunities for diversity, synergy and integration cross-divisionally; and Develop talent pools for key positions. Operational Excellence - Research new recruitment technologies and trends and make appropriate recommendations; Information - share newsworthy business changes with department, Zone Director of Talent Selection, RVPs and DMs; Achieve and report results on - Time to fill, Fit to role, Succession Planning fills, and Diversity fills. Strategic Partnership - Build relationships with Regional Vice Presidents and District Managers to understand specific divisional and regional strategies ; and Partner regularly with Human Resource Managers to be in alignment with succession and replacement candidates. Revenue Generation - Achieve measurable outcomes as defined above. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Functional Competencies - Ability to identify opportunities; Analytical skills for business trend assessment and modification of existing business processes; andProven recruiting results, meeting deliverables and overcoming obstacles. Interpersonal Competencies - Ability to influence others to achieve goals; Ability to build trust to drive quality outcomes; and Strong presentation and communication skills. Leadership Competencies - Ability to take calculated risks to continuously improve self; Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; Ability to build and maintain productive cross-functional relationships to meet business needs; Proven ability to network with, attract and select retail talent; and Ability to accurately assess associate strengths. Experience - 3+ years of recruitment experience; Strong computer skills; Minimum educational level - Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred."
