Aerotek's preferred client, located just north of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a leading manufacturer of active pharmaceutical ingredients. The company has been a leader in its field for over 25 years and continues to be the fastest growing pharmaceutical contract chemistry firm in the country.

Due to unprecedented growth, the company is presently seeking to add an accomplished analytical chemist to their SE Wisconsin manufacturing facility. This position will work exclusively with the company's R&D and production chemistry groups to develop methods and provide high quality data.

The analytical chemist will be responsible for working with the company's R&D and production chemistry groups to develop methods and provide high quality data in a timely fashion. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining cGMP compliance by writing and reviewing SOPs, guidelines and procedures. The successful candidate will also be training other lab personnel to use equipment and follow the SOPs. Independent data analysis, interpretation of the results and preparation of reports for internal and external sources will also be expected.

The ideal candidate will have a 4-Year Chemistry degree with 2+ years of industrial experience. Candidates must have prior experience with HPLC, GC-MS, NMR and other related analytical techniques.
