Alternate Agent Technology Lead
Program Management

The world’s leading supplier of fire protection and safety systems products for civilian and military aircraft is looking to hire an experienced Alternate Agent Technology Lead to add to their team. Our Client is looking for a team player; that is, someone willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.

Position Description:

The purpose of the Alternate Agent Technology Lead position is to: Provide Alternate Agent functional technical leadership of Engineering and Technician personnel. Prepare and monitor budgets and schedules for Design Engineering programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The candidate will: Prepare: Work breakdown structures Functional budgetary work packages Non-recurring Engineering estimates Project Load Sheets EVMS and Risk charts Capital Funding requests Passport and Technical Readiness Level packages to support program activities Implement procedures required for Program Management and associated functions. Participate in IPD and IPT functions. Prepare and present presentations relating to the status of programs. Track customer requirement changes and prepare NRE estimates.

Requirements:

Required Skills for this Alternate Agent Technology Lead position include the following: Experience with Microsoft Office and MS Project Experience developing project cost estimates and schedules Minimum three (3) years of experience in Program Management Experience with medium to low volume Manufacturing processes Must be familiar with designing products to industry, agency, or military standards Experience with Military and Aerospace standards BS Degree in Engineering and/or Industrial Management
