GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES / FRONT DESK CLERKS NEEDED
For Luxury Resort Management Company

Abec Resorts is looking for GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES, experience preferred, but not required.  Full-Time and Part-Time positions available at the following locations in Destin:

Silver Shells Beach Resort & Spa
Silver Beach Towers
The Palms of Destin Resort & Conference Center

GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE / FRONT DESK CLERK

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs, including answering calls, dispatching requests and providing follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Practice proactive hospitality including telephone courtesy at all times.
* Serve as official greeter of guests/visitors.
* Answer questions about the resort and local area.

Candidate must possess the following skills/traits:
* Must be a self-starter, well organized, and detail oriented.
* Excellent time management skills in order to manage peak check-in times.
* Professional demeanor and appearance.
* Ability to work in a team environment and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
* Excellent guest relations skills and enjoy working with the public.
* Excellent team leader and work well under time pressures.
* Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
