ENSR is looking for an experienced Air Quality candidate that can prepare air permit applications, review regulatory modeling for PSD, Title V, minor source projects, and manage air permitting projects. Other related duties may be assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related degree with a focus of study in Air Quality. 6+ years relevant experience. The successful candidate must have skills in permitting, be able to assess air quality impacts as well as emissions inventory, have knowledge of regulatory analysis, E&P background and compliance, and be familiar with process equipment and spreadsheet and database calculations. Other desired skills are excellent communication skills, being able to establish good relationships with staff and clients, and effective time management.
