AHLTA Sustainment Trainer
Location: Southern California
The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing training to military healthcare professionals on AHLTA, an electronic health records (EHR) software application. Sustainment Training Team members will be located permanently at a specific Military Treatment Facility. The candidate will be responsible for developing training plans, scheduling training sessions, conducting instructor-led and one-on-one training, reporting status, gathering metrics, scheduling and conducting meetings.
Preferred experience and skills:
On-site AHLTA Experience AHLTA Instructor and 1:1 training Experience Ability to function in a Lead Trainer role Software Testing Experience Clinical or hospital work experience (Medical, Dental, Optometry) Military background or knowledge Current Passport - if chosen for an overseas location
Required experience and skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a healthcare clinical or training discipline Ability to obtain an IT/ADP II Clearance Strong verbal communication skills Outgoing, confident approach with customers Able to teach equally well in classroom and over-the-shoulder settings Strong leadership skills Well organized, can reliably and consistently meet schedules and provide reports Can adapt to change Able to complete tasks with minimal instruction and guidance
