Agent Network Consultants are responsible for managing the broker/agent network and inspecting asset properties in their assigned territory.
Location: New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania or Massachusetts (New England)
Essential Duties:
- Manage network change requests
- Ensure timely/accurate on boarding of new agents
- Manage Broker incident process
- Conduct periodic training sessions with agents in the assigned geography
- Organize Agent Advisory Councils for expectation, best practice sharing and enhanced agent communication
- Ensure all agent communications are up to date and accurate
- Proactively Conduct Performance Coaching calls with agents
- Conduct asset property inspections to verify supplier performance and make recommendations on market strategy
- Assist Property Preservation with agent assigned IS and repair bids
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
- The incumbent shall work well under pressure; meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.
- The incumbent shall at all times demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues, supervisors, customers, clients, vendors, etc.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 - 5 years related experience and/or training
- Previous experience in Real Estate and/or REO industry (a must)
- Previous Broker experience (preferred)
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Self motivated and demonstrate initiative.
- Well organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Must be able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
