We are currently looking for an Agency Servicing Analyst in our St. Paul, MN office.

 

 

DUTIES:

Administration of Ginnie Mae/HUD construction loans including monthly draws, change orders, legal documents, closings, etc.Performs loan administration and compliance functions as directed through policies and procedures, including company, investor, and governmental sources.Monitors the timely receipt and review of compliance documents.Processes UCC continuations, amendments, terminations, etc.Completes monthly billings for the loan portfolio, including variable rate bond credit enhancements.Processes property tax payments to various states and counties.Reviews and sets up new loan information on servicing systemProcesses mortgage payments.Processes various month-end reports as required to monitor status of assigned job functions.Performs escrow analysis to determine proper monthly deposits.Processes payoff requests from borrowers, including the calculation of prepayment penalties, the application of payoff funds to the servicing system and the processing of satisfactions and other related payoff documents.Facilitates discussions with investors, borrowers and personnel in the event of delinquent or defaulted loans and recommends appropriate course of action, including the processing of late charges or waivers.Processes insurance loss drafts.Accurate administration of alternative investments.Processes mortgage insurance premiums (MIP)Administration of letters of credit.Other duties as deemed necessary and assigned by team leader/servicing manager.COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS:Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeDetail orientedStrong customer service skills (written and verbal)Four year degree in Accounting, finance, real estate or equivalent work experience preferred.
